Myhousetenders is a family run business servicing the Collier County area. As previous absentee owners, we recognized the need for a quality home watch service. We treat each residence with the same care as we would our own. During your absence, let us tend to your residential needs for a short period of time, or for the "off" season.

 

• A general house inspection is completed during each weekly visit

• Alarm systems, doors, windows, heating/cooling systems are checked

• Your home will be inspected after every major storm

• You are only billed for the time that your unit is unoccupied

• We oversee any contracted services that you may request
