Myhousetenders consultants are available to assist you with maintaining and watching your house while you are away. We are here to help you with both big and small tasks. Just call on us and we'll help service your home.

 

How do I get started?
There are many ways to contact us and begin your MHT experience.

  1. Use our online Client Profile Form

  2. Send an email to info@myhousetenders.com

  3. Call and speak directly with us at 239-353-7560

  4. Once you have initiated contact:

    • Myhousetenders' consultant will call you to speak about your profile

    • You may start using Myhousetender services by submitting requests via phone, fax, or email

    • A consultant will fulfill your request

    • Client will be billed for services rendered

 

What type of guarantees do I have?
Our services are visual observations and reporting. We cannot guarantee the condition and safety of your Home. There are unforeseen circumstances that can occur after an inspection. What we offer are inspections of your Home which do decrease the chances of future serious problems. We also report any damage from storms or intrusions. Our services include coordinating other contractor services then following through with the job contracted through completion.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept personal checks and certified checks.

 

How much do you charge for your services?
Our unit prices are based on square footage. Contact Myhousetenders for pricing.

 

Is your company licensed, bonded and insured?
Yes, we are licensed, bonded and insured.

 

Are materials, expenses and taxes included in your rate?
No, the client is responsible for paying all additional charges.

 

How will I know what additional service charges are?
Myhousetenders can provide a detailed statement, which will reflect any additional client approved services.

 

What happens if there is an emergency?
We are a proactive company. Upon your signing on with us, if there is an emergency and we do not hear from you within 24 hours, we will take appropriate action.
