for the safety of your unit.
If you have any toilet tank fixtures with an arm and a black ball on the end that you replace them as soon as possible (see attached picture). He tells us that he has noticed the ball is falling off the arm which causes the water to run overflowing the tank. This usually happens when our valued clients or their guests are in residence.
