Do not return to your Southwest Florida home and put your dehumidifiers in storage. Use your dehumidifiers while you are in residence to help draw excess moisture from the air – helping to combat condensation, prevent mold growth and reduce damp on walls.
Using your dehumidifier while occupying the residence will accomplish two things:
1. it will assure it is working properly and allow you to double check it
2. It will help dehumidify your home and keep the moisture at a comfortable level
